FIRST INCOME DISTRIBUTION FOR ARECA I-VALUE ASSETS FUND (AIVF)

Areca Capital would like to announce the income distribution for Areca i-Value Assets Fund (AIVF) at 1.36 sen.

AIVF invests into the Islamic Redeemable Preference Shares (iRPS) issued by Cities Connect Sdn Bhd which is a company with its principal activity in investment holding. The Fund looks to provide a combination of income and incidental capital growth.

The Fund commenced investment in September 2022 with initial offer price of RM1.000 and as at 7th March 2023, the Net Asset Value per unit is at RM1.0218.
