ARECA CAPITAL DECLARES INCOME DISTRIBUTION FOR ARECA SITUATIONAL INCOME FUND 2.0 (ASIF2)

Areca Capital would like to announce the income distribution for Areca Situational Income Fund 2.0 (ASIF2) at 2.24 sen.

The Fund invests into the Redeemable Preference Shares (RPS) issued by Iconic Vacation Club Berhad. It operates under the Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort.

Since the fund started investing in March 2020, it seeks to offer investors a medium to long term combination of income and capital growth. ASIF2 has generated a total return of 16.55% as of 28th February 2022, as compared to its benchmark’s (Maybank’s 12-month fixed deposit rate) total return of 3.74%.
