ARECA CAPITAL DECLARES INCOME DISTRIBUTION FOR ARECA STRATEGIC INCOME FUND 3.0 (ASTIF3)

Areca Capital would like to announce the income distribution for Areca Strategic Income Fund 3.0 (ASTIF3) at 1.75 sen.
The Fund invests into the Redeemable Preference Shares (RPS) issued by Seraya Kota Sdn Bhd which is a company with its principal activity in investment holding.
ASTIF3 looks to provide a combination of income and incidental capital growth. Since the fund relaunched its new strategy in August 2021, ASTIF3 has generated a total return of 1.76% as of the 19th of November 2021, as compared to its benchmark’s (Maybank’s 12 month fixed deposit rate) total return of 0.46%.
