ARECA CAPITAL DECLARES INCOME DISTRIBUTION FOR ARECA STRATEGIC INCOME FUND 3 .0 (ASTIF 3)

Areca Capital would like to announce the income distribution for Areca Strategic Income Fund 3.0 (ASTIF3 ) at 1.75 sen.

The Fund invests into the Redeemable Preference Shares (RPS) issued by Seraya Kota Sdn Bhd which is a company with its principal activity in investment holding.

ASTIF3 looks to provide a combination of income and incidental capital growth. Since the fund relaunched its new strategy in August 2021, ASTIF3 has generated a to tal return of 3.16 as of the 31st of January 2022 , as compared to its benchmark’s (Maybank’s 12 month fixed de posit rate) total return of 0.83
