ARECA CAPITAL DECLARES INCOME DISTRIBUTION FOR ARECA STRATEGIC INCOME FUND 4.0 (ASTIF4)

Areca Capital would like to announce the income distribution for Areca Strategic Income Fund 4.0 (ASTIF4) at 2.00 sen.
The Fund invests into the Redeemable Preference Shares (RPS) issued by PNS Group Sdn Bhd which is a holding company of Pinnacle Supreme Sdn Bhd. The latter is the owner of citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang Hotel.
ASTIF4 looks to provide a combination of income and incidental capital growth. Since the fund started investing in October 2019, ASTIF4 has generated a total return of 25.35% as of 30th September 2021, as compared to its benchmark’s (Maybank’s 12-month fixed deposit rate) total return of 4.31%.
