ARECA CAPITAL DECLARES UNIT SPLIT FOR EXISTING UNITHOLDERS OF ARECA MONEYTRUST FUND (AmTF)

Petaling Jaya, 30 January 2019:

Areca Capital Sdn Bhd today announced a 8:100 unit split for all unitholders of the Areca moneyTRUST Fund (AmTF). Unit Holders who have maintained their holdings up to 30 January 2019 will be entitled for this unit split. For example, a unit holder with 1,000 units will get an additional 80 units after the unit split exercise, bringing his total unit holdings to 1,080 units after the split.

This unit split exercise will lower the Fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit, making it more affordable for investors.
