Areca Capital Sdn Bhd today declared a net income distribution of 4.5 sen per unit for Areca equityTRUST Fund. The income distribution will be automatically be reinvested into additional units of the Fund at the Fund’s net asset value per unit at the end of the day. This is the second income distribution for the Fund in the current financial year. On 17 August 2010, it declared the first income distribution of 3.0 sen per unit.

Areca equityTRUST Fund, which was launched in April 2007, aims to provide investors with medium to long term capital growth. As at end September 2010, the Fund has generated a total return of 43% since inception and is at the top of the Lipper Table ranking for the 3-year return category.
