The Board of Directors, assisted by the CEO and Senior Management, consists of individuals that have a diverse range of expertise in the banking and fund management industry. The roles of a Board Chairperson and CEO are separated, with the Chairperson serving as an independent non-executive director.

Our philosophy emphasizes a strong culture of Compliance and Risk Management across all levels, from Investment Advisors to support units. We have the relevant policies and manuals to ensure regulatory compliance as well as establishing risk mitigation and oversight.
